Participants will learn to build a caregiver support network, tips to care for themselves and where to find local resources. Caregivers also can connect with other family caregivers and enjoy free food and drinks. AARP says these free CAREversations are fun and engaging. The sessions are scheduled for: Tuesday, Aug. 9, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. or 7:30 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. or 12:30 to 2 p.m. The gatherings will in the centers Pierce Room, 70 Constitution Ave. Registration is required and space is limited.
